If you would like to join in on a run, the please email the relevant Regional Secretary who wil be more than happy to let you know about the next run, meeting points, etc. If your bike is off the road (or you don't have one) they may be able to offer you a pillion ride - it doesn't hurt to ask. 

If you have any other questions, then please feel free to contact any member of the National Committee and they will try to help, or use the form below. But please remember, we are all volunteers, and so you might not get an instant response.
